How can I qualify for free skincare every month?

It's very easy. Spend a qualifying amount at new-equilibrium-skincare or the-formulator. Then, every month for the next 2 months, we will send you, automatically and absolutely free, our Skincare of the Month.

If you live in the US, you must spend at least $65 (excluding shipping) to qualify; outside the US, the qualifying amount is $85 (excluding shipping).
The qualifying purchase amounts are different because our cost to send you the Skincare of the Month packages is higher if we send them outside the US.

Can anyone qualify? Yes. Anyone who spends a qualifying amount at new-equilibrium-skincare or the-formulator will receive the Skincare of the Month for 2 months after that purchase.
As always, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone; if we do not accept your retail order, you cannot qualify to receive free Skincare of the Month.
Will the Skincare of the Month be a new product? Yes. We invent new skincare very frequently. Once a month, we will make one of our new inventions the Skincare of the Month and send it out to everyone who qualifies.
What if I like the Skincare of the Month and I want to get more? Every month, we'll add the Skincare of the Month to our online catalog; at your convenience, you will be able to buy more for yourself and your friends.
Can I find out in advance what the Skincare of the Month will be? Not before we start shipping it. The Skincare of the Month will always be a surprise. If we have published anything about the Skincare of the Month, that means it is already on its way to everyone qualified to receive it. If you can't stand the suspense, keep an eye out for hints in the Elsom Research blog, the Topical Formulations forums, the "Recent Additions" section of the New Equilibrium Skincare shop, and the SkincareOfTheMonth.com home page: you might just be the first to know!
Can I ask for a substitution or an alternate selection? You can ask, but the answer is "No." The Skincare of the Month is a free gift from us; we choose what to give you.
How can I learn more about the Skincare of the Month after it arrives? Just as we do for all our retail skincare and cosmeceuticals, we will post a product information Web page describing the features and intended use of the product, its key ingredients, and any relevant instructions and precautions. Your Skincare of the Month package will inform you of the URL for that product information page. For every month that the Skincare of the Month has been shipped, we will also provide a link to that month's product information page from the SkincareOfTheMonth.com home page.
When will the Skincare of the Month arrive? We expect to ship the Skincare of the Month during the first week of every month, beginning in October 2008. We will ship it by First Class Mail; depending on your location, it may take a few days or several weeks to reach you. First Class Mail does not provide tracking numbers, so we will not be able to respond to inquiries about where any package is at any time. The arrival of the package will be as much a surprise as its contents.
What if my free Skincare of the Month package never arrives? We cannot send replacement packages for this free skincare gift. We promise to send a Skincare of the Month package to everyone who qualifies; after that, we cannot accept any responsibility for its delivery.
Where will you send my free Skincare of the Month? We will send it to the same address we sent your qualifying purchase. If your address has changed, please contact us and let us know.
Will you warn me when I am about to stop receiving my free Skincare of the Month?

No. Your free shipments of Skincare of the Month will automatically restart every time you make a qualifying purchase at new-equilibrium-skincare or the-formulator; you will receive the Skincare of the Month for 2 months after that purchase.

Example: You make a qualifying purchase during the month of September 2008. We will send you your first free Skincare of the Month in October 2008 and your second free Skincare of the Month in November 2008. Your free shipments will then stop until your next qualifying purchase.
What kind of skincare will the Skincare of the Month be? It could be anything we make at Elsom Research. It could be an anti-aging cosmeceutical, or a lip treatment, or a vitamin-enriched moisturizer, or a scalp serum, or anything else related to the care of skin, scalp, and hair. Whatever it is, it will be designed and manufactured with the same great care and attention to detail that we devote to all our products.
How long will the Skincare of the Month program continue? Our plan initial plan is to offer free Skincare of the Month for the next year, beginning with October 2008, and then evaluate whether or how to continue the program. We may choose at any time to alter, suspend, or cancel this free program, and we may do so without notice.
